The first photographer that I chose was David Pace and the series that these photos come from is called Hawkeye. These photos are from the beginning of his career. He was eight years old when he decided to use his family and his friends to create a bunch of interesting memories. The reason why I chose his work is because although shooting your family and friends can be hard to capture exactly what you want when you're working with a lot of different personalities, sometimes staging them as a whole might help create a better outcome of what is trying to be shown.

The second photographer that I chose was Karen Osdieck. The photographs that I chose came from a series called Modern Boyhood. Even though personally I am not just focusing on boys in their natural elements. Catching the children and the mother in mid action might be great also. But if I talk more about Karen's concept she wanted to show more realism behind her everyday living with being a mother to boys. She wanted to capture the messiness of their rooms to the play fights between siblings and even the random tantrums that happens. She wanted to show that everything is not all put together and sometimes behind closed doors there is a bunch of action happening.
