Kirsten Lepore

Lepore is an LA based artist who is well known for her claymation stop motion animated videos. She has been featured in Juxtapoz, Shots Magazine, and Animation Magazine. She does also create documentary videos and feature films working with TV shows such as the feature film she made for Swiss Army Man 2016 or the feature film she made for The Trust. I peronally appriciate her claymation the most because I find it inspiring to be able to have the patience to sit down and plan something out, take all the steps that end up actually being simple, and putting it all together to make a smooth flowing video at the end of the day.

Barry Purves

Purves is an animator, writer, and director with his work having recieved more than 60 international awards working in stop motion making films, working in theater, and going around teaching about stop motion and animation making use of puppets in his work. He has held workshops for places such as Pixar, DreamWorks, and Laika. Some TV series he has worked with are Rainbow, The Wind in the Willows, and Bob the Builder.
