Liz Cohen is another photographer working on perception. Her series Don't Retreat is about how people work hard to that they can feel as if they belong in the world. She says that the way others see ourselves and how others see us can either be a small difference or a huge one.
Kat Bowden's series Perceptual Isolation is a series with self portraits. It shows the state of her mental health during quarantine. The pictures express isolation and anxiety clearly.
