For this blog I decided to look at Gabriela Herman Bloggers. The showcase shows how easily when get caught up in technology ignoring everything around us. Every picture shown in this series shows models intensely staring at a screen with the only source of light being what they're staring at. I thought this would be good to look at considering how most of my pictures are going to be in low light. I wanted to get an idea of how other artists use the low light to their advantage. 

The 2nd Photographer I decided to look at was Kevin Erskine Supercell. For this series Kevin Erskine goes out to capture different storms that he sees throughout his life. This storm chasing started from a childhood memory of a storm where he witnessed a category 4 tornado in his small town. He then became fascinated with storms and began capturing them. The photos that he captures are very interesting to look at with different lights and textures in each picture. The shapes of the clouds and lighting from the sky also makes for some very good compositions.
