For my first photographer, I chose Kwasi Bold- Bouldin, a photographer from Los Angelos. He mainly focuses on doing street photography. That turns to be documentary and landscape photography. The reason I chose him was that his photography seeks out to address Gentrification. By having his photos serve as a record. I like how even though the pictures are taken in LA, it has a cool feeling to them.
For my second photographer, I chose Harvey Stein, a professional photographer based in New York. He also serves as Art director from the Umbrella Art Gallery in Manhattan. And has been featured in more than 60 exhibitions. For his most recent project and book, Stein went to Mexico over the years to capture all aspects of Mexican culture. One of the things I like about the set of pictures is Stein's choice to make them black and white. With the Black and white more emotion Is being conveyed.
