Michael Kenna is an english photographer known for his black and white images with strange lighting due to his 10 exposure times. This 10 hour exposures were the fact that caught my eye when reading about how he made the photos. My favorite part of the photos however is the fantasy like setting that the photos seem to capture. the smoke stack photos remind me of art from one of my favorite artist, Junji Ito. The shapes and colors almost look fake.
