Emil Hartvig A. is from Copenhagen but traveled to the Midwestern United States to find preppers in their homes and locations where they are actively preparing for the end of the world and/or society. I think he definitely took more of a documentary approach, where I want to apply more cinematic portraiture to the effect, but his capture of the story is compelling. I think I want to interview each of my subjects and put the highlights along with my photos.
