The Breathtaking Simplicity of the Indonesian Landscape
When Hengki Koentjoro creates his photos he thinks of being solo or lonely. He creates his photos in black and white to show the world in the most uncomplicated way. The way he used the long exposures to create this negative space to is very creative and helps draw the eye of the viewer in to his work

Photos of the Darkness Inside a Child’s Imagination

Stavros Stamatiou used children’s nightmares and Edgar Allen Poe’s famous poems for his inspiration to create theses photos. He though back to everything that tormented him as a boy. In his series he has the stray dog, grazing horses, and humans. His photos give off a very dark and scared emotion. The human figures have a ghost like quality to them.
